Requirements and responsibilities

About the RoleHSI is a fast-growing global SaaS company helping organizations simplify safety, compliance, and workforce management, empowering businesses to keep their people safe, trained, and compliant. As we scale globally, we are investing in a modern, AI-enabled revenue operating model, and this role sits at the center of that shift. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to own the analytics, systems, and operating cadence that power our global go-to-market (GTM) teams. You will own the metrics, dashboards, and analysis that drive weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, territory and capacity decisions, and executive reporting, turning GTM data into clear guidance on where to invest, what to fix, and how to grow. Your work will reach the President, CRO, and CFO directly, shaping decisions at the top of the revenue org. This is a Revenue Operations role first. You will own the operating cadence (pipeline inspection, forecast readiness, QBR/MBR support) and the GTM measurement framework behind it, partnering with our Salesforce admins on the build. Salesforce is and remains our system of record. We are looking for a builder and an operator: someone who understands GTM workflows deeply and can design and run the practical, AI-assisted systems that execute them. As HSI builds toward an operating model where people and AI agents work together, you will help define what parts of our GTM workflows run automatically, what routes to a person, and what data keeps both accurate and trusted. This is a hands-on operating role that extends beyond reporting into workflow design, systems governance, automation, and strategic GTM support. It is an early, defining seat in a function we expect to grow more strategic over time.AI is quickly becoming a core part of how go-to-market work gets done. You will help strengthen HSI's revenue intelligence by building a trusted source of truth across the full revenue lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the metrics, dashboards, and analysis behind weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, and executive reporting across our global GTM orgDeliver executive-ready insights on pipeline health, forecast risk, sales productivity, and revenue trends, with clear recommendationsOwn the weekly pipeline inspection and forecast cadence: prepare leader-ready views, monitor stage hygiene, and drive follow-up on data gapsBuild and advance HSI's Tableau reporting environment, including a current, high-priority initiative to expand trusted, self-serve analytics for GTM teamsAnalyze stage conversion, win rate, pipeline coverage, and attainment by segment, region, and cohort to surface actionable insightsDefine and document KPI definitions, calculation logic, and reporting methodologies to maintain a single, trusted source of truth across the revenue lifecycleOwn CRM data requirements, definitions, and governance that keep reporting consistent, trusted, and auditable, partnering with Salesforce admins on the buildPartner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders to align reporting and support QBR/MBR and weekly review cadencesAI-Focused ImpactApply AI and automation to RevOps workflows like pipeline hygiene, lead routing, forecast prep, and data validation, tied to measurable business outcomesHelp turn unstructured data (call transcripts, emails, meeting notes) into structured CRM intelligence, removing manual update work from reps and raising data quality at the sourceHelp set the boundaries between automation and people: where AI can act, where human review is required, and what data quality each depends onHelp run selected AI and automation use cases through testing, launch, and ongoing monitoring, tracking accuracy, exceptions, adoption, and business impactApply HSI's security, privacy, access-control, and data-governance requirements to AI-assisted workflows, with clear human review and accountability for outputsPartner with Salesforce admins and systems teams to translate AI and automation capabilities into practical, governed workflows and data modelsDrive enablement as we roll out new AI tools: build training, documentation, and reusable templates, and run working sessions that help GTM teams adopt them with confidenceWhat Success Looks LikeLeaders run weekly pipeline and forecast cadences on trusted, consistent data with clearly documented definitionsHSI's Tableau environment becomes a trusted, widely adopted source of self-serve analytics for the global GTM orgNew AI and automation tools are adopted with confidence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, supported by strong enablement and governanceHigh-value manual work is reduced through automation and AI-assisted workflows, with results tied to measurable outcomesHSI builds toward a more AI-enabled Revenue Operations model without losing rigor in process, forecasting, and reporting fundamentalsRequirementsThis is a hands-on Revenue Operations role focused on analytics, process design, requirements, low-code automation, governance, and adoption.3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, including direct ownership of pipeline management, funnel reporting, and forecasting cadenceHands-on Tableau experience (required).
