Requirements and responsibilities


Core Responsibilities Project Management & Operations – 30% • Own and manage marketing workflows, timelines, and deliverables across teams and vendors • Build and maintain structured systems using project management tools • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met without leadership intervention • Coordinate across multiple external partners (e.g., agencies, developers, designers) • Document processes and playbooks to ensure repeatable execution Content & Communication – 25% • Own the content calendar, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns end-to-end • Lead messaging, tone, and narrative across all marketing channels • Ensure consistency and quality across written communication and brand voice • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on engagement metrics • Collaborate with internal and external contributors to maintain cohesive output Creative & Production – 25% • Lead the development of marketing assets including catalogs, presentations, and campaign materials • Translate ideas into high-quality, on-brand deliverables aligned with a luxury audience • Art-direct designers and manage production timelines across creative projects • Maintain visual consistency and enforce brand standards • Oversee visual execution of email campaigns, including imagery and multimedia assets Campaigns, Advertising & Digital Presence – 10% • Coordinate with external agencies on paid campaigns, SEO, and content initiatives • Ensure timely campaign launches aligned with brand and business goals • Monitor basic performance metrics and support optimization efforts • Coordinate website updates and ensure digital consistency Events, Trade Shows & Sales Support – 10% • Support planning and execution of trade shows and events • Coordinate marketing materials, logistics, and follow-up processes • Develop sales-enablement collateral to support lead conversion • Align marketing efforts with sales teams to improve pipeline performance Requirements Must-Haves (Required) • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, content, or creative roles • Proven experience managing multi-vendor or agency-driven marketing functions • Strong project management and workflow-building expertise • Hands-on experience owning content and creative output (not just coordination) • Strong email marketing experience, including visual campaign execution • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • Experience applying AI tools to improve workflows, output, or efficiency • Strong organizational skills with a systems-thinking mindset • Ability to handle direct feedback and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders • Availability for frequent international travel (Miami and Panama) • Based in Latin America (LATAM) Nice-to-Haves (Preferred) • Spanish language proficiency • Experience in luxury, hospitality, or high-end design industries • Basic graphic design literacy for effective art direction • Experience working with CRM and email marketing platforms • Familiarity with trade shows, print production, or catalog creation • Experience in startup or high-growth environments Tools Proficiency Must-Haves (Required) • Project Management: Trello, Asana, Zoho • Productivity: Google Workspace • Communication: Slack, Zoom • CRM/Marketing: Email marketing platforms, CRM systems Nice-to-Haves (Preferred) • Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns • Design Tools: Canva, Figma • Automation Tools: Zapier or similar AI/automation platforms
