Requirements and responsibilities


Bookkeeping & Financial Management: - Manage accounts receivable and payable across multiple properties. - Perform bank reconciliations per property. - Process and coordinate bill payments with proper approval workflows. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in RentManager. - Assist in generating financial reports as needed. Tenant Relations & Administration: - Handle tenant onboarding within RentManager. - Manage rent collection and follow-ups on outstanding balances. - Communicate with tenants regarding payments and account-related concerns. - Maintain organized tenant records and documentation. System & Process Management: - Utilize RentManager to its full capacity for both financial and tenant management tasks. - Ensure all data is accurately entered and maintained in the system. - Follow established SOPs and contribute to process improvements. Requirements: - Proven experience with RentManager (non-negotiable). - Strong bookkeeping experience (AR/AP, reconciliations, reporting). - Background in real estate or property management. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity. - Comfortable working with monitoring tools and structured workflows. Nice to Have: - Spanish-speaking ability (preferred but not required).
