Continue to find ways to improve.People Analytics: Help maintain our HRIS (ADP) and assist in building dashboards for turnover, diversity, and engagement metrics. Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person culture events, lunch-and-learns, and wellness initiatives.Recruiting Coordination: Assist our Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling and candidate communication to ensure a smooth “candidate-to-employee” journey. Own at least one long-term project, such as auditing our internal wiki (Notion/Confluence) or research for new benefit offerings.Who You AreA current student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.Tech-Savvy: You live in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace, and you aren't afraid to learn new SaaS tools quickly; experience with AI tools (Claude, Gemini & ChatGPT) is highly desired.Discreet: You understand the sensitivity of People data and can be trusted with confidential information.Proactive: You don't wait for a task list; you see a gap in a process and suggest a way to fix it.Communication Pro: You can write clear, engaging emails and internal announcements.Why us?You'll get a front-row seat to how a mid-market SaaS company scales its culture, operations, and talent strategy.
