As we scale, we are investing in strong operational infrastructure to enable consistent, predictable growth across the commercial organization.ABOUT THE ROLEThe PatientIQ Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) is responsible for building a pipeline of new business and selling our software solutions to prospective customers in the USA across a large multi-state territory. The EAE will conduct qualifying phone calls with decision-makers, give presentations and product demonstrations, execute a sales strategy, and close deals. The EAE will be in regular communication with healthcare providers and executives to understand their needs and explain where PatientIQ can provide a solution. The candidate will have strong experience implementing and iterating a sales process to maximize pipeline opportunities and exceed sales targets.This role is responsible for the Eastern Territory, and candidates must be comfortable working within the Eastern Time Zone.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and nurture a robust sales pipeline of hospitals, physician practices, and ambulatory surgery centers in assigned geographic territory.Understand the client’s business and utilize advanced knowledge of PatientIQ’s service offerings to successfully demonstrate PatientIQ’s capabilities.Build and maintain an effective partnership with decision-makers and primary stakeholders in client organizations.Lead negotiations and navigate complex decision-making processes to close new business opportunities.Partner with Sales Leadership, Solutions Consultants, and Revenue Operations to continuously refine and improve sales strategy and processes.RequirementsIDEAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university5+ years of prior experience in enterprise software salesProven track record of exceeding sales goalsExcellent organization, communication, and time management skillsA collaborative mindset to effectively work across internal teams across PatientIQHealth-tech industry experience Ability to travel at least 25% annuallyWHY WORK HERE?PatientIQ was recently selected as one of the top 50 "Best Small Companies to Work For in Chicago" and we pride ourselves on our team culture and shared passion for working together to solve meaningful problems in health care to improve patient lives.
