While business models may differ (agent-focused vs. investment-focused), the core support functions are similar: administrative coordination, CRM management, lead follow-up, communication support, and transaction or deal pipeline organization. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, process-driven, comfortable with real estate terminology, and able to adapt to different client workflows using SOPs and training. Prior real estate experience is a strong plus, but candidates with sales support, admin, customer service, or operations backgrounds are also encouraged to apply and can be trained. INTERNAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTTo be considered for active Real Estate VA placements, candidates will complete a short, self-paced internal training provided by our company. This training includes: Overview of Real Estate VA responsibilities Key differences between agent workflows and wholesaler/investor workflows Introduction to common real estate CRMs and lead pipelines Best practices for lead follow-up, data accuracy, and communication Understanding transaction vs. deal-sourcing processes This ensures all Real Estate VAs enter client engagements with a baseline understanding of both sides of the real estate business.
