Requirements and responsibilities

Solution Implementation (Tech + Systems) ● Implement demand, supply, and inventory planning solutions ● Configure and deploy supply chain planning tools (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, O9) ● Integrate planning tools with ERP systems (SAP S/4, ECC, JD Edwards) ● Implement concurrent and scenario planning models ● Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants ● Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions ● Train stakeholders on system usage and best practices ● Troubleshoot, test, and maintain planning systems ● Work under Agile methodologies Planning Operations (Business + Strategy) ● Develop and execute supply chain strategies ● Analyze historical data, forecasts, and market trends ● Build accurate demand forecasts ● Optimize inventory levels (avoid stockouts and excess) ● Align production planning with demand forecasts ● Monitor KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels) ● Provide insights to senior leadership ● Identify and mitigate supply chain risks Requirements Education • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Engineering, or related field Experience ● 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning ● Experience in demand, supply, and inventory planning ● Experience implementing supply chain planning software ● Experience integrating planning tools with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards) ● Experience working with cross-functional teams and external consultants Skills and abilities: Communication • English level: B2+ (fluency over accent perfection) • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with noticeable accent • Strong stakeholder communication skills Technical & Analytical Skills ● Service-oriented attitude with the ability to support both internal and external users. ● Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment. ● High empathy and patience when supporting non-technical customers.
