You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, owning the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer, while ensuring compliance and candidate quality.This role is remote and ideally based in Europe, with working hours aligned to U.S. business needs (EST 8 AM - 5 PM). Exceptional English fluency is required.Requirements3+ years of Talent Acquisition experienceExperience working for US based businessesProven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidatesExperience with high-volume hiringStrong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesPerfect written and spoken English (mandatory)Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours (required)Would be preferred:Experience recruiting for healthcare organizationsExperience recruiting 1099 and W2 healthcare providersFamiliarity with DEA/licensure processes across multiple statesResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized rolesPartner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and hiring prioritiesEvaluate candidates against regulatory and compliance standardsDevelop and maintain talent pipelines within the U.S. healthcare marketMaintain ATS accuracy, job postings, and recruitment metricsTrack market trends and align hiring strategies to leadership expectationsSupport employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier clinical talentEnsure a seamless and professional candidate experienceWhat We OfferFully remote roleCompetitive compensationHigh-growth environmentOpportunity to build and scale healthcare teamsA collaborative, mission-driven culture
