About the roleWe are looking for a motivated and driven Client Service Representative to join our team in LATAM. You’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and consistently meet and exceed sales targets.Working Hours11:00 AM – 8:00 PM ESTor 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ESTResponsibilitiesPromote and sell the benefits of the COMPASS suite of products to subcontractors who are not familiar with our paid product.Develop, grow, and nurture client relationships.Address client inquiries on technical issues, processes, and fees.Respond to incoming and outgoing client calls and emails.Conduct external outreach to support educational and promotional campaigns.Leverage client relations to gain new business and provide client feedback to internal teams to promote company growth.QualificationExceptional level of written and verbal communication skills.Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.Previous client-facing experience in construction or software as a service (SAAS) is a plus.Tech-savvy and able to learn, adapt, and effectively communicate new technologies.Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize multiple strategic initiatives.Entrepreneurial and go-getter attitude with a drive to disrupt the status quo.Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and web-based CRM (Salesforce).Previous Sales experience is considered an asset.About 1840 & Company1840 & Company is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent solutions, dedicated to propelling businesses forward through its comprehensive suite of services.
