We’re looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to join a fast-growing, profitable, bootstrapped DTC health products company operating across two brands. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to own the supply chain, finance, systems, and cross-functional execution.What we’re looking for:3–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, startups, or founder-led environmentsExperience in Chief of Staff, BizOps, Strategy & Operations, Founder, or Consulting roles.Strong experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or eCommerce operations.Proven ability to build systems, dashboards, or processes from scratch.Strong financial understanding (COGS, margins, cost optimization, vendor negotiations).Experience working with founders or senior leadership in high-ownership roles.Strong written and spoken English (near-native or native level).MBA or equivalent graduate-level business qualification.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous operational problems, building scalable systems, and owning end-to-end execution in a high-growth environment.Bonus points if you have:founder experience, DTC / Shopify experience, consulting background (McKinsey / Bain / BCG), agency/vendor management experience.Must overlap 6 hours with AEST (UTC+10), Monday–Friday.Market-related salary + performance bonus + Year 2 Head of Ops track.
