This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and strategy, owning the development and commercial growth of key Kepler services.You will be responsible for Kepler’s US commercial sales. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, particularly in early growth stage market environments.Key Responsibilities:Scale Kepler’s US commercial sales across commercial and government sectorsOwn revenue growth, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales executionExecute go-to-market strategy, positioning, and commercial transactions for Kepler servicesProvide market feedback to Product and Engineering to shape product roadmap, features, and service offerings based on market demandAct as the voice of the customer, translating user needs into product and business strategyBuild and manage key customer and partner relationships across the US space ecosystemLead proposal development, RFP responses, and bid/no-bid decisionsMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunitiesRepresent Kepler at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements (≈40% travel)Required Skills & Qualifications:10+ years in sales, or commercial leadership within space, aerospace, or related technology sectorsBachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related fieldProven track record building and scaling commercial organizations and launching new products/servicesExperience selling into both government and commercial space marketsStrong understanding of space systems (e.g., small satellites, RF/optical communications)Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teamsExperience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environmentsExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business valueBonus Points:Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD)Experience bringing space or telecom products from concept to marketBackground in high-growth or startup environmentsEqual Opportunity Employer Kepler is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
