Your job is to guide conversations from uncertainty to clear decisions.You are expected to manage a pipeline, follow through consistently, and close agreements that directly contribute to company growth.This is not a passive or purely consultative role.Role RealityThis is a high-accountability and high-pressure role.You will:Speak with landlords who question, challenge, or resist the modelHandle objections around legality, risk, and financial returnsBe expected to think on your feet in live conversationsDrive decisions, not just build relationshipsThis role requires you to be both a strong communicator and a strong operator.
