Appointment Setter — MECCA (Remote)
About us
MECCA is a software and automation mentorship program. We teach people how to build systems, automations, and AI tools for their own businesses or as a service.
Prospects find us through ads and content, watch a training, and request more information. They're already interested. Nobody on your list is cold in the way most sales jobs mean cold.
The role
You call those people, find out what they're actually trying to build, and book the ones who are a fit onto a call with our closer.
You are not selling the program. You are not quoting prices. You are not closing. You're the person who has a real conversation, figures out whether this is right for them, and gets the good ones on the calendar.
Day to day
100+ outbound dials
Live conversations with people who requested information
Work an assigned queue in GoHighLevel, log every conversation
Book qualified prospects and confirm them so they actually show up
Same-day follow-up on no-shows and reschedules
15-minute team standup
Schedule
12:00pm to 10:00pm EST, five days a week.
(Philippines: this is roughly 1:00am to 11:00am your time. It's a night shift and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Night differential is in the rate.)
(Colombia and LatAm: this is a normal workday in your time zone.)
Compensation
Flat monthly, tiered on held appointments — meaning the prospect actually showed up.

A booking that no-shows doesn't count toward your tier. That's deliberate. It means your job is booking real people and confirming them properly, not filling a calendar.
Tier reviewed every 30 days and can move in either direction. Paid weekly via Wise. 13th month pay in December for PH hires.
What we're looking for
Outbound phone experience in any industry. BPO and call center backgrounds welcome and honestly preferred
Spoken English that holds up in a real back-and-forth, not just reading a script
You ask questions instead of pitching
You can hold a boundary. You don't set pricing and prospects will push you for it
You hit your dial count on a slow day without being reminded
You log your work properly, every time
Reliable internet with a backup connection

You'd book anyone with a pulse to hit a number
Your experience is chat or email only
100 dials a day sounds like a lot
You go quiet when someone pushes back
No tech background required. You don't need to know how to build automations. You need to be able to ask someone what they're trying to build and listen to the answer. We'll teach you the rest.
Applications without a voice note won't be reviewed. This is a phone job and we screen on voice first.
