With a growing team of over 120 engineers and a mission to empower businesses globally, we provide expert teams to deliver robust solutions and drive innovation.Role OverviewAs a Senior Data Integration Solutions Engineer you will design and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across complex digital ecosystems. You will play a key role in connecting systems, applications, and data flows to support business agility and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the enterprise integration architecture strategy and roadmap.Design integration solutions using APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.Lead the implementation of integration platforms (e.g., Informatica, Azure Integration Services).Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between internal and external systems.Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration needs and translate them into technical designs.Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices.Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for integration components.Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.7+ years of experience in systems integration, with at least 3 years in an architecture role.Strong knowledge of integration patterns (e.g., pub/sub, request/reply, ETL, EDA).Hands-on experience with API management, ESBs, and iPaaS platforms.Proficiency in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and messaging protocols (e.g., AMQP, MQTT, Kafka).Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and hybrid integration scenarios.Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, OSS/BSS) is a plus.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong problem-solving and documentation abilities.Our Benefits Remote Office – Option to work remotely or hybridParking Space – Free parking availableFun Office Space – Game zone and relaxation areaHealth Insurance – Private health insurance, including dental careHolidays – 5 extra days after your 1st and 5th year with usPersonal Development – Company-sponsored training and developmentEmployee Referral Programme – Competitive bonus for successful referralsSocial Events – Celebrating success togetherFamily Insurance – Add insurance coverage for a family memberMultisport Card – Fully covered sports pass
