Responsibilities

Bondoc Roofing is seeking a Social Media & Outbound Marketing Specialist. This is a blended role: half brand-building through our social channels & half lead generation through mass text and email campaigns aimed at setting qualified appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Outbound and Outreach Lead Generation (B2C): Build strategies that attract and convert prospects into new leads. Execute text blasts to cold and aged prospect lists Execute email blasts to showcase the Bondoc brand Hand off warm and qualified prospects directly to the Marketing and CCR Manager Partnerships (B2B): Proactively engage local partners and community pages to generate new lead sources Bring new ideas to grow both follower count and prospect/lead volume Flexibility: Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Outlets Social Media Management: Oversee Facebook, Instagram, and future platforms to ensure consistent brand presence. Content Creation and Planning: Design graphics, edit videos, trial reels, and craft compelling stories Content Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and engagement activity Data Analysis: Interpret social media metrics and create monthly weekly/monthly reports Ideal Candidate Strong graphic design and video editing skills, including short-form vertical content Hands-on experience with SMS and email marketing platforms Comfortable with social analytics and reporting Proactive and adaptable: takes initiative without being managed Excellent written communication Team Coordination Build and maintain a repeatable system for collecting jobsite footage, testimonials, and before/after photos from our field crews Coordinate with our videographer during peak season Keep raw footage organized and searchable for future content Why Join Bondoc Roofing?
