Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced ApplicationProgramManager / ReleaseManagementSpecialist to manage and coordinate software releases across multiple concurrent projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage the release calendar and coordinate schedules across projectsDefine and enforce release management, readiness, and approval processesCoordinate with Development, QA, UAT, and technical teamsLead Release Planning & Go/NoGo meetingsCoordinate deployments across Dev, Test, Staging & Production environmentsMaintain release notes, changelogs & post-release documentationIdentify and mitigate release risks, dependencies, and blockersSupport post-production monitoring and issue resolutionContinuously improve release management processes and templates⭐ Must-Have Requirements:4+ years of Release Management, Deployment Coordination, or related Delivery experienceExperience in software implementation / technology consulting environmentsBachelor's DegreeITIL Certification – MandatoryStrong understanding of SDLC, environment management & change controlExperience with Jira, AzureDevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools is highly preferredStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple release schedules simultaneouslyGovernment / State agency experience is a plus.Duration: 3 yearsRate: $65 to $70 an hour📍 Location: 95% Remote (candidate should comfortable for Remote and onsite work) in LAWe are open to candidates with all visa types in the USA, as long as they are authorized to work in the USAInterested candidates: Please send your updated resume to himanshu.g@rapscorp.com
