About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading and delivering end-to-end implementations, working directly with business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead and participate in full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable, efficient HR solutions.Configure and customize the Employee Central module to meet client needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration with other SAP and non-SAP modules.Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.Provide expert advice on best practices, process optimization, and change management.Prepare project documentation, including functional specifications and configuration guides.RequirementsBachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.5+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant.Active and up-to-date SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (mandatory).Proven expertise in Employee Central (configuration, workflows, business rules, data models, and permissions).Experience in at least one full end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Knowledge of integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules or SAP HCM is a plus.Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
