This role is responsible for troubleshooting complex system issues, implementing technical solutions, and ensuring the integrity and security of system configurations. The Senior EndPoint Administrator collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage infrastructure, application environments, and system-level security, with availability for after-hours support and participation in on-call rotations.Essential FunctionsAdministers and supports enterprise infrastructure and systems, including servers, storage, and cloud-based platforms.Diagnoses and resolves complex technical issues, including hardware failures, software problems, and access-related incidents.Maintains system documentation, configuration standards, and procedures in accordance with organizational policies.Implements system updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and security.Manages access controls and security roles within enterprise applications, including ERP and HCM platforms.Participates in system security design, access provisioning, and auditing efforts to maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Collaborates with IT, Cybersecurity, and Identity Access Management (IAM) teams to support user access, security testing, and incident response.Supports automation and optimization initiatives related to system performance and user provisioning.Participates in rotational on-call support and scheduled maintenance activities as required.Performs other duties as assigned.Maintains regular and reliable attendance.Complies with all policies and standards.Position-Specific ResponsibilitiesDesign, optimize, and maintain enterprise MECM infrastructure (Primary Sites, CMG, DPs, WSUS) while driving co-management strategies, workload transitions, and adoption of modern endpoint technologies.Establish endpoint security baselines, drift detection, and automated remediation aligned with CIS Benchmarks and NIST controls to lead vulnerability management and audit readiness.Develop PowerShell scripts for automated administration and build custom SQL, SSRS, and Power BI dashboards to deliver executive and compliance reporting.Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced infrastructure and deployment issues while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level administrators.QualificationsH.S. Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred4-6 years of progressive experience in systems administration supporting mid-to-large enterprise environments requiredExperience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting infrastructure components (e.g., servers, storage, virtualization, networking) and enterprise applications required3-5 years of experience with access and security administration in enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, HCM, EHR) preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExperience administering Microsoft SCCM/MECM/InTune and in an enterprise environment.Strong experience with: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft InTune, Windows Server, Windows 10/11 administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, SQL Server reporting, Windows deployment services, Endpoint security technologiesProficiency with Windows and/or Linux server administration.Strong understanding of system security, backup, and recovery procedures.Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking concepts.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Licenses and CertificationsRelevant certification in systems administration, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Server+, or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) preferredSecurity or access management certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security certification preferredWe know it's not just about finding a job.
