Our products combine practical business workflows with intuitive technology designed for everyday use.You will join the team building our new mid-market analytics platform, coordinating work across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and QA. You will help turn product priorities into organized execution, keeping teams aligned on scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks while ensuring important work moves forward.WHAT YOU WILL DOCoordinate cross-functional projects from planning through deliveryWork with Product and Engineering to translate priorities into clear plans, milestones, and deliverablesTrack project progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers and make sure they are addressed earlyFacilitate planning meetings, status updates, and other project ceremoniesKeep stakeholders informed about progress, changes, risks, and important decisionsCoordinate work across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and QA teamsHelp teams maintain realistic timelines while balancing changing prioritiesIdentify opportunities to improve project workflows, communication, and delivery processesMaintain project documentation, decisions, and action items in appropriate collaboration toolsSupport post-project reviews and help turn lessons learned into improvements for future workWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role within a technology or software environmentExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and software development projectsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining visibility into deadlines and dependenciesStrong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable identifying risks, raising concerns, and following up on unresolved issuesPractical understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile ways of workingAble to work independently while keeping distributed teams alignedNICE TO HAVEExperience working with B2B SaaS productsExperience with analytics, data, or business intelligence projectsScrum Master, Agile, or project management certificationFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management toolsExperience coordinating remote or distributed engineering teamsBasic understanding of software development, QA, and release processesCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSCompensation will be determined based on experience, project management expertise, and overall fit for the role.CerebriOS offers a remote-first working environment, professional development opportunities, and a benefits package designed to support our team.
