This role is responsible for ensuring invoices, purchase orders, inventory records, and operational data are entered and maintained correctly.ResponsibilitiesInvoice EntryEnter supplier and vendor invoices accurately and on timeVerify quantities, unit prices, totals, and taxes against source documentsCompare invoice pricing against agreed vendor pricing and flag discrepanciesPurchase OrdersEnter and update purchase orders in the systemMatch invoices against purchase orders and receiving recordsFlag mismatches, missing information, or pricing discrepanciesInventory & Warehouse ReconciliationReconcile warehouse and inventory records against system dataReview discrepancies involving counts, receipts, and transfersDocument and escalate discrepancies for resolutionGeneral Data EntryMaintain accurate operational records, trackers, and spreadsheetsKeep data organized and up to dateSupport recurring operations-related data entry tasksRequirementsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to identify incorrect pricing, quantities, or data inconsistenciesComfortable with high-volume, repetitive data entryProficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsFast and accurate typing skillsGood written English communicationReliable, organized, and able to work independentlyDependable computer and internet connectionAvailable for full-time remote work, 40 hours per weekPreferred ExperienceInvoice processing, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or financial data entryInventory, ERP, or accounting systems such as QuickBooksE-commerce, retail, wholesale, or distribution operations
