Responsibilities
🟠 Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a related industry (3 years max).
- Can join immediately/as soon as possible.
- Experienced working with a Product based company.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements.
- Functional knowledge of SQL (Nice to have).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
🟠 Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Working with a product manager to analyze opportunities and build business cases for new platform features.
- Write and define requirements for engineers to develop new customer facing features.
- Follow each ticket through the development process, answering ad-hoc questions and assisting with acceptance tests.
- Deep diving data and anecdotes to creatively solve problems and realize measurable impact for customers.
