Job Title: Sales Support Specialist. Location: Remote (MST Time Zone). Salary Range: 1800 to 2000 USD/month (inclusive of base salary and performance-based incentives). Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (MST). Position Overview: We're seeking a high-energy Sales Support Specialist to own the frontlines of our sales process, answering inbound calls, qualifying leads, executing follow-ups, and supporting outbound efforts to expand partnerships and book consults. You'll be the go-to for CRM cleanliness, pipeline movement, and lead communication, helping us stay sharp, fast, and customer-first. Key Responsibilities: - Answer inbound sales calls with professionalism and energy. - Qualify leads, ask the right questions, and take accurate inventory. - Live-transfer hot leads to closing reps when possible. - Execute a structured follow-up cadence (2x/day for 5 days). - Call, text, and email leads with personalized touchpoints. - Maintain pristine lead records in the CRM, with no skipped notes or tags. - Conduct outbound calls to past customers, referral partners, and affiliates. - Make ~100 calls/day across inbound and outbound efforts. - Book callbacks, schedule consults, and ensure thorough tracking. - Participate in daily sales meetings, training sessions, and call reviews. - Propose ideas for process improvement and system enhancement. Qualifications: - Fluent, professional spoken and written English. - Prior experience in inbound/outbound sales, cold calling, or sales development. - Strong phone presence and ability to follow a sales script with adaptability. - Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail). - High attention to detail with CRM updates and lead tracking. - Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, structured environment. Nice-to-Haves: - Previous experience in the home services, real estate, or B2B referral sales space. - Familiarity with Smart Moving or similar software (training provided). - Background in closing deals or upselling over the phone.
