This role sits within the HR Shared Services Centre (SSC) Data & Payroll team, and reports directly to the SSC Lead. Base out of Singapore, the Data & Payroll Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring data consistency across the global, including data definition, data format, data standards, etc. The candidate needs to work closely with local HR and finance departments across mutiple regions to ensure high level data accuracy and reliability. It is necessary to establish data quality assessment standards and regularly review and clarify the data to ensure data quality. It is necessary to keep a close eye on data security and privacy protection at all times to ensure that the data is not accessed and used by unauthorized personnel. This will ensure improved data usage efficiency. Responsibilities: - Responsible for global HR data quality management by proactively monitoring and supporting data issues, taking the lead on data cleaning and to resolve the sources of error. - Timely monitor the data changes in the HR system and provide periodical reports on data updates. Flag up the data issues by issue warning to the stakeholders. - Responsible for global employee data quality inspection, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness through regular data governance. - Responsible for global data security and privacy protection by managing data access control, data compliance audit and standardizing the data input process across the region. - Using analytical tools and methods, conduct in-depth mining and analysis of global data to provide robust data support for decision makers.
