Requirements and responsibilities


🚀 You should be able to understand and produce all written and spoken forms in English. 🚀 Responsibilities: ● Identify a cost-effective (or free) platform for managing the social media calendar and posting schedules. ● Organize and create a social media calendar for all pages, groups, and platforms managed by the team and its members. ● Grow the membership of all individual and team pages and groups. ● Post as scheduled on Facebook pages, Instagram, and other platforms, including for birthdays. ● Work with client appreciation coordinator to ensure that all past clients and sphere are invited to the TCHT business page and TCHT VIP page ● Create short form video content for posting to instagram reels, facebook, youtube shorts, tiktok, ets. and marketing materials utilizing Canva and other video editing software or apps; adhering to the brand guidelines for the TCHT. ● Post all just listed, under contract, just sold, and bring the buyer announcements for every transaction. ● Take listing photos and turn them into custom slideshows ● Prepare open house marketing materials for agents ● Manage the brand kit (this is the folder of all agent's headshots, company logos, etc.) ● Publish the marketing materials for monthly newsletters ● Create personal page content for team leaders and agents ● Update 3rd party online profiles of agents on the team; examples (Realtor.com, http://realtor.com/, Zillow, etc.) ● Track metrics for all posts and engagements and report weekly to make adjustments to plans as needed. ● Research hashtag protocols and prepare strategies to streamline hashtags or replace them with appropriate substitute systems. 🚀 Hey!
