Qualifications: - High level of English proficiency required—both written and verbal. - Ideally with professional experience in real estate but knowledge on real estate terminology, especially in the affordable/multifamily housing space will suffice. - Strong Excel skills are essential—must be comfortable building and auditing complex spreadsheets. - Experience updating structured data sets (e.g., client records or project trackers). - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. - Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
