Responsibilities: - Design and materialize agile and precise requirements that meet the highest quality standards under the internal guides of good software development practices to provide our clients with an extraordinary experience. - Build reusable components and libraries to guarantee the correct scalability of our solutions. - Develop high-performance, optimized, scalable and consistent solutions to generate maximum performance in organizational products and thus ensure an extraordinary experience for our clients. - Guarantee the correct functioning of the deliverables to deliver an excellent experience to the final customer. - Develop unit tests to validate the correct functioning of each minimum unit of software. - Document each development to guarantee that the integrations between teams are efficient, and that the software can be maintainable and consistent over time. - Maintain and scale previously developed services to give continuity and correct technological execution to the company's products. - Promote the continuous improvement of internal processes, offer suggestions, and valuable contributions that help maintain a healthy, challenging culture that is easy to internalize. - Build personal and professional skills through ongoing training, education, mentoring, and networking events. - Design architecture and services that are maintainable, secure, and reusable, with high performance and availability to guarantee the consistency of processes and the correct functioning of applications. - Monitor industry trends and implement appropriate methods to keep software development at the forefront while meeting assigned goals. Requirements: As a React developer, you should have a deep understanding of JavaScript and its syntax, including knowledge of modern features such as arrow functions, template literals, and destructuring. You should also have a strong grasp of React and its core concepts, such as components, state, props, and lifecycle methods. In addition to React, you should be experienced in TypeScript, RESTful APIs, cloud development, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Proficiency in testing, Gitflow, and Agile methodologies is also required for this position. You must have over 4 years of experience in React development, over 6 years of experience in software development, and possess a solid portfolio of projects showcasing your skills and expertise. Additional technical requirements: - Experience building reusable components to ship faster with higher quality and consistency. - Proficiency with RESTful or gRPC API implementation. - Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. - Experience with SQL & NoSQL data stores such as Postgres and MongoDB. - Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM is a plus. These tools are commonly used to bundle and transpile JavaScript code. - Good understanding of responsive design principles - Experience with performance optimization techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and memoization. - Experience with micro-frontend and architecture.
