PagerDuty is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure that customers are successful in their use of the company's services throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, previous experience in a customer-facing role, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers and champions across their book of business. They will also be responsible for onboarding, configuration, and ongoing product adoption, as well as identifying accounts that are likely to churn and creating engagement strategies for high-risk accounts. The role requires excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
