Pleo is seeking a forward-thinking, modern marketing leader to take on the role of Director, Northern Europe Marketing. The successful candidate will lead a talented team of marketers to create awareness, demand, and pipeline in the Northern Europe region. This role involves owning regional marketing targets, executing impactful marketing strategies, collaborating with central marketing functions, and developing the regional marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the modern SaaS customer buying journey, experience in leading and developing geographically dispersed marketing teams, and a commercial mindset. Responsibilities:
- Own Northern Europe regional marketing targets aligned to Pleo’s growth ambitions
- Create and execute a regionally impactful marketing strategy, including integrated campaigns, webinars, events, and brand programs
- Collaborate with central marketing functions to agree priorities for the region and support execution of those programs
- Partner with PR team to deliver plans in UKI and Nordics regions that increase Pleo’s brand awareness and share of voice
- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report program results to drive continuous improvement
- Enable sales teams with toolkits, templates, and campaign timelines to ensure alignment between outbound sales and marketing efforts
- Hire, mentor, and develop the Northern Europe Regional Marketing team
