- GoCardless is used for domestic and international payments by 75,000+ organisations and counting, processing more than $30 billion across 30 countries. - GoCardless is an award-winning London based fintech, with additional offices in Riga, Paris and Melbourne. We are looking for a Senior Finance Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at GoCardless. As a Senior Finance Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for optimising the efficiency of Finance operations and ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of controls. Your role will involve mapping, re-designing, and documenting processes and controls, collaborating with process and control owners in Finance, and implementing process and control improvements. You will also be accountable for the implementation of process and control improvements, including automation provided by existing or new systems. This role requires interaction with other teams across the business, with engagement predominantly with the Financial Control, Billing & Credit, Procurement, and Management Reporting teams.
