🔵 Requirements:
◽ At least five years of experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
◽ Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and more.
◽ Understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
◽ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments.
◽ Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and ideas.
◽ Familiarity with digital design trends, user interface, and user experience principles.
◽ Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
◽ Adaptability to work on various design projects, from marketing materials to user interfaces.
◽ Knowledge of LGBTQ+ issues and a passion for contributing to a platform that celebrates diversity and empowerment.
◽ Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
◽ Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

◽ Develop innovative and visually appealing designs that align with Quiver’s mission of empowering and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community.
◽ Create engaging and cohesive visual elements for Quiver’s digital space, ensuring a consistent and impactful user experience.
◽ Work on various design projects, from marketing materials to user interface elements, contributing to the overall aesthetics of the platform.
◽ Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices, bringing fresh and creative ideas to the team.
◽ Iterate designs based on feedback, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
◽ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate design feedback and contribute to a culture of innovation.
◽ Play a key role in maintaining Quiver’s visual identity and ensuring brand consistency across various touchpoints.
🔵 Compensation:
◽ At Quiver, we value our team members and believe in providing competitive compensation packages. Our offerings, including base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits, are designed to attract top talent in the SaaS and mobile app development industry.
◽ We regularly update our salary and equity ranges using reliable industry compensation surveys. New hire offers consider factors like experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
→ US employees in the New York City or San Francisco Bay Area: $85,000 - $100,000/year.
→ US employees outside these areas: $65,000 - $90,000/year.
