Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Information & Technology and at least 5 years supporting enterprise customers as a Business Analyst or Business Process Specialist (60% business, 40% technology). The ideal candidate has proven expertise in process analysis, Lean methodology, and data-driven decision-making, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in complex environments. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze, document, and optimize AS-IS / TO-BE business processes using Lean methodology. * Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process development sessions. * Extract and analyze data from Azure SQL to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvements. * Create Business Process Diagrams (Visio), requirement documentation, and mockups. * Apply process monitoring and mining techniques to validate project outcomes. * Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT teams. * Deliver executive reports and change plans aligned with project deliverables. Education & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. * 10+ years of experience in IT / Information & Technology. * 5+ years as Business Analyst / Process Specialist in enterprise environments. * 2+ years of data analysis experience (Azure SQL, Excel, SQL Server). Technical Skills: * Strong background in Lean process analysis and design. * Expertise in business process documentation, monitoring, and improvement. * Hands-on experience with Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Visual Studio, and Excel. * Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across business and IT teams. Preferred (Nice-to-Have): * Experience with process mining tools (Power Automate / Celonis). * MBA or equivalent advanced degree. * Experience in ERP system implementations.
