Requirements and responsibilities

* ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (must provide certification). * Proven track record in implementing ServiceNow SAM, HAM, and ITOM modules. * Expertise in CMDB design, CSDM alignment, and integrations with discovery tools and third-party systems. * Strong background in enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations, and IT Service Management (ITSM). * Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations at government or regulated facilities. * Excellent knowledge of SQA processes, dashboards, reporting, and workflow automation. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience implementing ServiceNow SAM and HAM modules. * Resumes and applicable ServiceNow certification documentation (signed by individual for verification) will be submitted for key individuals proposed and scheduled to work on this effort for proof of experience, skills, and expertise.
