* UX Design: Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile experiences.
* UI Design: Design clean, accessible, and consistent interfaces aligned with our brand.
* Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system.
* Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure smooth design implementation.
* Iteration: Incorporate feedback and data to continuously refine and improve designs.
Requirements
* A portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI skills across web and mobile platforms.
* Proficiency in Figma.
* Experience working in a freelance or part-time capacity with remote teams.
* A user-centered mindset with attention to detail and usability.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
* Based in the EU (for collaboration and invoicing purposes).
* Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
