We are a Mexican startup that, since 2013, has been helping Mexicans achieve financial independence through job opportunities in cleaning. 🚀 Requirements: ✅ At least 1 year of professional experience developing with Ruby on Rails. ✅ At least 1 year of experience leading development teams. ✅ Knowledge of shared RoR libraries like Resque. ✅ Container handling (Docker). ✅ Familiarity with orchestrators (Kubernetes). ✅ You should be able to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in Spanish and English. ✅ Proactivity, self-learning management, resilience, and autonomy. ✅ Know how to give and receive constructive feedback. ✅ Do collaborative work. ✅ Know how to manage ambiguity. 🚀 Responsibilities: ✅ Provide maintenance and development of APIs in Ruby on Rails. ✅ Maintain the infrastructure of Aliada México. ✅ Promote good practices. ✅ Work closely with the entire team to create appropriate solutions. ✅ Assist in the analysis of requirements. ✅ Lead a team of developers. 🚀 Desirable: ✅ You know HTML/CSS. ✅ You know JavaScript / ES6. ✅ You manage continuous integration tools (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub actions).
