As a Software Engineer on the Turkiye Tax Payments and Filings Team, you’ll work with your teammates to build the software responsible for ensuring our customers’ taxes are paid and filed correctly and on time. You’ll write backend (Ruby) and frontend (TypeScript) code while growing technically and being supported by your peers. Responsibilities: - Participate in daily “team times” during which we plan, pair program, and laugh together. - Write backend (Ruby) and frontend (TypeScript) code. - Collaborate with your peers and People Empowerer to make difficult technical tradeoffs. - Partner with Compliance, Tax Operations, Customer Success and others within and outside your team. - Build software that touches the lives of millions of people and moves billions of dollars. - Grow technically, and as a teammate, while both learning and teaching.
