Responsibilities

🚀 About us We are a dynamic nonprofit organization, situated in Puerto Rico, committed to expanding technology opportunities for young girls and women. Our primary goal is to inspire and empower Latinas to pursue careers in the tech industry. Currently, we are seeking the invaluable assistance of women in business/tech throughout LatAm to collaborate with us on a mentorship program. This program aims to foster a sense of inspiration and support between Puerto Rico and other Latin American countries. By uniting our efforts, we can establish a stronger network that encourages more young Latinas to explore the multitude of possibilities within the tech workforce. Our ShowUp! Mentor program operates under the objective drive of committing one hour per week. We have female students enrolled in the esteemed Google Career Certificate scholarship program who are specifically focused on computer science and digital marketing. We invite you to join us as we prepare to create an inclusive and equitable pipeline for future generations. ✨ Requirements → Experience in digital marketing, business analysis, or related fields. → Passion for mentoring and coaching. → Commitment to dedicating at least one hour per week. → Desire to empower young Latinas to explore tech careers. ✨ Responsibilities → Provide mentorship to female students enrolled in the Google Career Certificate scholarship program, focusing on computer science and digital marketing. → Inspire and support young Latinas as they navigate the tech industry. → Foster a sense of inclusion and equity within the tech workforce. → Collaborate with mentors across Latin America to build a stronger network. → Prepare the future generation by creating an inclusive tech pipeline.
