QAD is seeking an ERP Application Consultant - Manufacturing to join our global consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business problem solving and processes optimization through QAD Adaptive Manufacturing solutions implementation. This is a fully remote position based in Spain, offering the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals and deliver business optimization to global companies. Responsibilities: - Implement QAD ERP Manufacturing related modules and other QAD solutions related to ERP like Production Execution or Automated Solutions - Work in a global consulting team delivering professional services to global clients - Provide services remotely, with limited traveling required during certain critical implementation project phases - Perform a range of activities required to enable the client to successfully implement and utilize QAD applications - Determine detailed activities on a project-by-project basis, including system configuration, training, business process design, testing, and gathering requirements for extensions - Frequent and regular communication with clients, establishing solid working relationships at several levels - Research and analyze problems, articulate issues, options, advantages, and disadvantages, and present resolutions - Support end users during the whole lifecycle of implementation projects, mainly at critical phases such as CRP, UAT, and Go-Live phase - Provide direction to others in at least one application or subject area - Operate under broad direction from clients or QAD Project Managers to determine the tasks, steps, and timing necessary to accomplish the objective - Participate in meetings and discussions, offer advice and guidance, and identify potential issues and risks - Ensure project documentation is stored in internal QAD project repositories - Participate in a virtual team or workgroup, create work aids and other knowledge capital - Submit time and expenses weekly, complete regular status reports, and undergo 2 weeks of training per year - Other duties as reasonably required of this role or requested by management - Work with a proven implementation methodology and tools
