What you’ll doYou will be supporting the following activities:Build, manage, and improve enterprise security tooling, such as Okta, Crowdstrike, and Zscaler focusing on GitOps and automationWork with the wider TechOps (IT support team), Platform, and application teams to constantly harden our infrastructure, systems, and applications are secureBuild security services and engineer security guardrails for cloud-native environments and AISupport security operations and help improve incident processes (not on an on-call rota)Keep up to date with the latest security architecture and technologies and assess how they could benefit the companyDevelop and maintain security documentation related to security tooling, including technical documentation and guides.What you’ll haveLeadership skills and the ability to get things doneInformation security and engineering backgroundFamiliarity with managing enterprise security tools at-scale with a GitOps focusExperience with security tools and technologies, such as web application firewalls (WAFs), static and dynamic application security testing (SAST/DAST) tools, and vulnerability scannersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risksisksWhat will helpExperience with Python and Terraform (or another similar language)Previous experience with managing enterprise security toolsFamiliar with zero trust access principles and implementationSecurity certifications (any of the famous abbreviations)Certifications from Cloud and platform providers’ certification pathsSecurity qualifications (e.g. apprenticeships or degrees)Engineering qualificationsClosing descriptionAs we are an international organization, we kindly ask you to send us your CV in English.Kraken is a certified Great Place to Work in France, Germany, Spain, Japan and Australia.
