If so, then come join our team at G&W Roofing, part of the Bone Dry Family, as a Repair technician.Our Repair Technicians complete a variety of jobs such as gutter installations and fabrication/repairs, as needed for G&W Roofing customers, all while providing exceptional service. Here at G&W Roofing we also believe in setting our technicians up for success with training opportunities, and incredible support.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work.Pick up needed material from suppliersManage inventory of stocked materialWork with department supervisor and communicate with customersCollect payment from the customer, once work is completedFollow all safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work environment, both on the job site and in company vehiclesConduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects G&W in a positive mannerOther duties as assignedRequirementsValid driver's licensePass a background check1-2 years repair experience preferred but willing to trainDetail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanshipWillingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsMilitary service a plusCompensation and BenefitsCommission based - 25% commission on repairs (earning potential of 50k-75k+)Medical, Vision, and Dental InsuranceCompany paid Life InsuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k) PlanPTO, Vacation & HolidaysCompany truck and fuel provided for work useAbout the CompanyBone Dry Roofing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
