Amazon Brand Manager — PPC, Listings & Growth Company: ComfyIQ (Hit Notion LLC) Location: Remote | Must overlap 4+ hours with Eastern Time Type: Contract | Monthly retainer + performance bonus Budget: $2,000–$4,000/month base + % of revenue growth About Our Amazon Business ComfyIQ sells the Wife Pillow and Husband Pillow on Amazon US. These are therapeutic positioning pillows used for pain relief, pregnancy support, and better sleep. We have existing listings, reviews, and Brand Registry — but execution has been inconsistent and we know we're underperforming. What You Will Own Listing Optimization: Rewrite all product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for conversion. Create A+ Content with clinical imagery and lifestyle photos. Optimize backend search terms and keyword indexing. PPC / Advertising: Build and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Keyword research and bid optimization (target ACoS under 25%). Competitor analysis and defensive advertising strategy. Weekly PPC reports with clear metrics. Brand & Growth: Amazon Brand Store design and optimization. Review management strategy. Expansion research: Amazon Canada, UK, and EU marketplace readiness. Coordinate with our Shopify team on cross-channel inventory and pricing. Requirements: 2+ years managing Amazon brands (not just one product — a brand). Proven PPC management with documented ACoS/TACoS improvements. Experience creating A+ Content and Amazon Brand Stores. Seller Central power user. You use AI tools to scale your work. Nice to Have: Experience in health/wellness or home goods categories. Familiarity with Amazon DSP. Experience with Walmart Marketplace. Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive proficiency. How We Evaluate: Step 1: Submit portfolio with Amazon case studies. Step 2: Complete our Amazon screening quiz (~15 min). Step 3: Top 5 candidates do a paid listing audit. Step 4: Video interview with Jay and the DOO.
