About The RoleAs a People Business Partner at Jasper, you will play a critical role in supporting our leadership team, developing our talent, and shaping our culture. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships and collaborating with leaders across the organization while helping establish and drive people programs. This role is perfect for someone excited to blend their sophisticated knowledge of HR, talent management, and organizational development to help build lasting, foundational people programs in support of a culture of high performance at a fast-paced start-up.This fully remote role reports to the Director, HR Business Partner, and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.What you will do at JasperDevelop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with leaders and managers across the organization.Provide strategic guidance and serve as a trusted advisor on people-related challenges, organizational design, and workforce planning.Collaborate with stakeholders on the People team to design and align processes and systems with business needs.Support the development and execution of talent strategies and programs, including performance management processes, career growth paths, and talent acquisition that align with our company's culture and growth objectives.Help design and execute learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career progression in an AI-first environment.Build employee engagement initiatives that promote retention and foster a high-performance culture.Analyze workforce metrics, employee feedback, and performance data to inform the development of foundational/critical people programs.Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and form targeted development interventions.Create and maintain systems that support continuous feedback and professional growth.What you will bring to Jasper6+ years experience working in HR, with at least 4 years as an HRBP or People Partner.Excellent communication and influencing skills - you have a proven track record in building meaningful relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment, with adaptability/flexibility to embrace changes in focus and direction as they present themselves.Solid understanding of core HR disciplines, including performance and talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.Steadfast aptitude toward keeping confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.A strong drive for project management/effective at driving results.Comfort and fluency integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows on the People team.Compensation RangeAt Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The compensation package for this role will consist of a base salary, equity, and benefits and perks. The expected base for this role is $140,000 - $165,000.
