Requirements and responsibilities


Responsabilities: - Respond to client emails and inquiries through Outlook. - Manage follow-ups with prospective clients using templated messaging tools. - Generate quotes using the company’s custom CRM automation tools. - Generate contracts through the CRM and convert documents into PDF format. - Coordinate and confirm event details within the booking system. - Ability and agility to quickly bounce between multiple sources to verify information: i.e., email, contract document, QuickBooks, CRM, contract, and the web. - Update client records and booking details within the CRM. - Send QuickBooks invoice links generated through CRM automation. - Maintain organized documentation and communication records. - Ensure accuracy of event details such as dates, times, and client information. Hours: 40 hours per week. Note: I've received hundreds of applications, but only a dozen video responses to my questions. This tells me that the candidate is not serious about the application.
