Job Objective To lead and manage all indirect procurement activities by developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies that ensure cost optimization, compliance, and high service quality. The role aims to support business functions through efficient supplier management, contract negotiation, and continuous process improvement, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all indirect procurement activities, ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives. Develop and implement category strategies covering services such as HR, IT, marketing, facilities management, travel, and professional services. Conduct supplier market analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement. Negotiate commercial terms and long-term agreements with suppliers to secure best value and minimize risk. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and ethical standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing solutions. Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations. Academic experience required Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Professional Experience Required Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in managing people. Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management. Experience in multinational or large-scale organizations is preferred. Strong knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement governance frameworks. Computing Skills Proficiency in ERP procurement modules (SAM Is a must) Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Personal Skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. High integrity and commitment to ethical procurement practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach. Languages Fluent in English (spoken and written). Arabic
