Requirements and responsibilities

ResponsibilitiesMentor and manage all the QA team, providing them with the necessary tools and guidance to perform their tasks efficiently. Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the development lifecycle will be a critical part of the role, along with ensuring timely and accurate reporting of test results.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall testing process.Collaborate with developers to understand project requirements and participate in code releases.Leadership and Coordination of the QA process and QA Teams.Setting up the QA Framework, Planning, and Strategy.Strategize on test methodologies (manual, automated, both, CI/CD) and identify risks on the road.Define and agree on the reporting process and toolset.Reporting in all QA activities and workstreams during the process.Process Improvement suggestions, proposals, and follow-up.Define a plan to train all developers in the new way of working. This will include, but is not limited to, knowledge transfer sessions, training programs, documentation, and pair programming sessions.Review and approve live deployments based on identified risks, Test Execution Reports, and Quality Gates results.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Excellent English written & oral skills.At least 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of QA processes and methodologies.Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Ability to strategize, plan, and execute QA initiatives to drive business outcomes.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.What we offerCompetitive USD salaryA great level of responsibility from day one and the chance to develop your potential without limitations.An entrepreneurial environment.A dynamic remote work culture.
