We’re hiring a senior, hands-on PPC contractor who can confidently manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads, and clearly explain performance to clients on live calls. This is a client-facing execution role. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads • Set up campaigns from scratch: structure, targeting, tracking, and conversions • Think in funnels: offers, landing pages, lead quality, and conversion paths • Write and test ad copy that converts • Continuously optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and creative • Analyze performance tied to leads and revenue (not vanity metrics) • Create clear, actionable performance reports with recommendations • Join client calls to explain performance, answer questions, and support strategy ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Native or near-native English fluency (spoken and written) • 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience • Proven experience across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads • Comfortable speaking with clients and explaining results clearly • Strong understanding of performance marketing and attribution • Able to own execution without needing to lead the account ⸻ Big Plus If You Have • B2B experience (lead gen, SaaS, or high-consideration funnels) • Agency background • CRO or landing page optimization experience • Multi-channel strategy experience ⸻ Compensation & Structure • Contractor role • $17–$22 USD/hour, depending on experience • Expected workload: ~80–160 hours/month • Fully remote
