This role is remote but there may be some travel to Washington DC required.ResponsibilitiesThe scope of this effort will include, but is not limited to, program management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, to support implementation of a Healthcare and Benefits Act. Tasks may include:Designing and implementing talent development and training programsBuilding leadership pipelines and supporting culture change initiativesAdvancing workforce development in public-sector or healthcare settingsExperience ExamplesCreated and implemented a competency framework for frontline healthcare workersDeveloped a leadership development program for government or nonprofit leadersRequirementsMinimum 5 years Program/Project Management experienceIVA/VHA/VA experience preferredHealthcare experience preferred (clinical, Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare supply chain) preferredMinimum 2 years Consulting experience preferred
