Position Summary: We are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative to serve as the front-line growth driver of Ray Advertising’s performance marketing engine. This role is ideal for a persuasive, resilient, and results-driven sales professional who thrives in high-volume outbound environments. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value advertisers, booking qualified meetings, and building the foundation for long-term strategic partnerships and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Execution (Primary Responsibility): - Drive high-volume outbound activity through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. - Identify and qualify potential advertisers aligned with Ray Advertising’s performance marketing services. - Deliver confident, value-driven sales conversations with decision-makers. - Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach KPIs. - Follow approved sales scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and outreach SOPs. - Maintain discipline, consistency, and accuracy in all outbound activities. - Success in this role is measured by outbound activity, qualified meetings booked, meeting show rate, and pipeline contribution. Sales Funnel & Appointment Management: - Manage early-stage sales pipeline from first contact to qualified meeting. - Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales and management teams. - Ensure a high meeting show rate through proper qualification and preparation. - Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline momentum. - Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to closers. Relationship Building & Lead Qualification: - Build trust-based relationships with advertisers using a consultative approach. - Educate prospects on Ray Advertising’s performance-driven value proposition. - Warm leads effectively before transitioning them to senior sales representatives. - Represent the company with professionalism, credibility, and confidence. CRM Management & Reporting: - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar). - Track all calls, emails, meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline stages. - Ensure transparency and visibility for leadership through proper reporting. - Follow internal documentation standards, workflows, and data hygiene requirements. Market Research & Sales Optimization: - Research advertiser needs, market trends, and competitor pricing. - Continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging based on data and feedback. - Share market insights and performance observations with leadership. Internal Coordination: - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to onboarding. - Support early-stage communication to maintain deal momentum. - Assist with onboarding coordination when required. Required Qualifications: - 1.5–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Cold Calling, Email Outreach, or Social Selling. - Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound sales activity. - Prior experience in Pay Per Call, Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, or Performance Marketing is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience selling to U.S.-based advertisers. - Exposure to performance marketing, PPC, lead generation, or affiliate ecosystems. - Experience working in remote, fast-paced sales environments. - Sales training certifications or advanced sales coursework (a plus). Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills: - CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive). - VoIP dialers. - Sales outreach platforms (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Reporting tools and Google Workspace. Soft Skills: - Excellent English communication (written & verbal). - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. - Resilience, discipline, and goal-oriented mindset. - Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets. - Strong organization, time management, professionalism, and ethics. Work Details: - Employment Type: Full-time (W-2). - Location: United States (Remote). - Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST (some flexibility based on territory and meetings). - Reports to: Head of Sales / Business Development Manager. Compensation: - Base Salary: $30,000 – $60,000 (based on experience). - On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000 – $100,000+ (performance-based commissions). - Commission eligibility after onboarding/probation (60–90 days), subject to performance.
