Applications will be kept on file, and qualified candidates will be contacted as needs arise.OverviewThe Security Operations Chief is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of daily security operations in accordance with the Security Director’s orders and operational intent. This role serves as the primary integrator of personnel, movement, logistics, and reporting to ensure operational continuity, readiness, and disciplined execution across all security activities.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and enforce the Security Director’s orders, guidance, and operational intentSupervise the Deputy Operations Chief, Mission Communicators, Cultural Support Officers, and InterpretersPlan, manage, and oversee shift schedules, personnel rotations, movement plans, and operational reportingEnsure continuous readiness and accountability of personnel, equipment, and organizational resourcesCoordinate operational rehearsals, contingency planning, and casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) proceduresOversee and assist with day-to-day execution of security operationsMonitor, assess, and report operational readiness and emerging issuesRequired QualificationsPrior military service with senior non-commissioned or commissioned officer leadership experience, which includes one or more of the following:E-8 or above (1SG, SCPO, Operations SGM, CSM, CMC)Special Forces Team LeaderCompany or Battalion Command positionsTeam Leader in a Special Missions UnitRanger Platoon SergeantExtensive experience leading personnel in high-risk, operational environmentsDemonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex security operationsStrong leadership presence with the ability to enforce standards and maintain disciplineExperience managing personnel readiness, equipment accountability, and operational reportingPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in private security, contracting, or deployed advisory rolesProven ability to operate independently while coordinating with senior leadershipStrong decision-making skills under pressureMission-first mindset with a focus on contractor care and operational excellence
