Responsibilities
What You’ll DoSocial Media ManagementGenerate and manage tasks and timelines to keep projects on track and deadlines metMonitor task progress and flag risks or delays proactivelySupport editorial calendar workflows including kickoff notes, task assignment, and brainstorm documentationMaintain organized Google Drive folders and ensure current assets are accessible to internal teamsCommunity ManagementMonitor and respond to direct messages and customer inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokFlag escalated issues to the appropriate internal teamsSupport fast-turn social approvals and one-off client outreach needsInfluencer & Ambassador Program SupportConfirm content is posted on due datesRequest and organize reporting metrics from influencersMonitor ambassador activity and confirm monthly assignment completionReview and onboard new or one-off ambassadorsManage ambassador inboxes and respond to program-related questionsTrack reward fulfillment and shipment coordinationTraffic approved influencer/ambassador content for paid media useOrder and package PR boxes, giveaway items, and branded materials as neededRemove inactive ambassadors from program platforms as neededWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in social media, influencer marketing, PR, or account coordinationExperience working inside project management systems such as Basecamp or similarStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces across accountsClear written communication and strong attention to detailAbility to work independently in a remote environmentMust be available during standard business hours (Monday through Friday); with 2 morning hours & 2 afternoon hours.Bonus ExperienceAgency experienceFamiliarity with ambassador platforms such as Social LadderFamiliarity with social listening platforms such as MeltwaterAbout ArcherArcher is a 70-year-old startup resolved to make the complex simple, and the simple exceptional.
