About the RoleWe are looking for an Enrollment Advisor / Consultant to join our growing sales team. As an Enrollment Advisor / Consultant, you will meet with high school students via zoom and their parents to do an assessment of their academic credentials, achievements and goals. Then be able to present the Empowerly comprehensive suite of college admissions programs and follow up with the families to help them enroll.Key Requirements and ResponsibilitiesDocument and manage complete sales cycles, from qualifying inbound leads to selling Empowerly’s suite of solutions to families, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.Degenerate direct referrals from the Empowerly customers you assistedWork both independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned areas to reach sales goals.Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ambassador to our students and familiesThis is a customer-facing role conducted over Zoom and requires a quiet, professional home workspace along with a consistently professional appearance on camera.Drive revenue to achieve individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Track all deal data in HubSpot (deal source, close time, etc.) to understand the best sales strategies.Availability to work 10am - 7pm PST and at least one weekend day/weekThrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.Proficiency with SaaS platforms, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google SuiteEmbraces opportunities, takes risks, and challenges the status quo.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong presentation skillsQualificationsStrongly prefer candidates that have both B2C and B2B experience selling intangible products/servicesStrongly prefer candidates that have experience selling within the college admissions consulting spaceConsulting experience working with students to get them into top universitiesExperience selling higher contract value education while exceeding quotaExperience selling intangibles3-5 Years of experience working remotely on an inside sales teamKnowledge of the college admissions space preferredConsultative selling experienceLocation RequirementWhile this is a remote position - Must be a resident of the U.S. and perform the role from within the U.S. at all timesCompensation & BenefitsThis role offers a performance-based compensation structure, including a competitive base salary and commission.Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off (vacation and sick time), a 401(k), a remote work stipend, wellness benefits, and annual Empowerly credits.Environment where people can learn, grow, and do meaningful work alongside a supportive team.About the CompanyEmpowerly (www.empowerly.com) is a technology driven education company with a mission to empower students to get into top colleges and universities.
